General terms and conditions for the accommodation and care contract from
Marion's animal paradise

The deliverer of the dog, cat or rodent hereby assures that

that he is the owner of the animal,
that the animal is free of parasites, does not have/did not have any contagious diseases and, to the best of its knowledge, has/has not had contact with such animals,
that the animal has no malicious characteristics,
that the above description of animals and ownership correspond to the truth,
that the dog against distemper, infected. Hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvovirus, PPi and nasal BPi kennel cough is vaccinated annually and rabies is vaccinated for up to three years depending on the vaccine.
that the cat has been vaccinated against cat flu, cat epidemics and, in the case of outdoor cats, also against rabies and that the vaccinations are not older than one year. (rabies as described above)
that the rabbit has been vaccinated against RHD (Chinese disease), RHD 2 and myxomatosis (rabbit plague) and that the vaccination is not older than one year.

The vaccination card remains for the period of accommodation in the animal hotel.
Unneutered cats cannot be admitted to the animal hotel.

If the dog / cat or rodent falls ill or has an accident during the stay and treatment / surgery is necessary, the owner agrees that the animal will be treated by the veterinarian, unless otherwise agreed. The owner will assume the costs incurred by the veterinarian and pay in addition to the fee agreed here. This also applies to any necessary after-treatment with medication by Marion's animal paradise.

Marion's animal paradise is only liable for the consequences of unforeseeable illnesses or injuries to the animal if it can be accused of intent or gross negligence. The same applies to claims by third parties against the owner of the animal resulting from events during the contract period. The resulting costs are borne by the owner of the animal.

If the animal is not picked up eight days after the agreed pick-up date and after an unsuccessful request with a deadline, the animal can be disposed of elsewhere. The costs incurred are borne by the owner of the animal.

If any changes are noticed within five days after the stay, Marion's animal paradise is to be informed immediately.

If small groups or packs are desired and agreed, Marion's animal paradise assumes no liability for damage to the animal or damage caused by the animal due to the increased risk. Excluded are damages caused by a grossly negligent or culpable breach of duty that can be proven to the Tierhotel.

The contract is concluded when the hotel accepts the customer's application. The contract can be made in writing, by fax or e-mail, orally, by telephone, by internet booking or through conclusive behavior. The conclusion of the contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract. If a commitment was not possible due to time constraints, the contract is deemed to have been concluded with the provision of a place for the animal.

The daily price includes accommodation, food and z. Currently valid VAT. If you bring your own food, this does not change the daily prices. The amount is payable in cash upon delivery of the animal. In the event of early collection, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the unused days of stay or pension.

Due to the increased administrative effort, we calculate a cost
Flat rate of EUR 5.00 plus VAT.

Marion's animal paradise assumes no liability for blankets, baskets etc. and toys brought along. For cancellations 7 days before the agreed arrival date or no-show, 50% of the hotel costs for the booked period will be charged. The wording of the contract means singular equals plural, masculine equals feminine.

Place of performance and place of jurisdiction is 47929 Grefrath. Oral subsidiary agreements have not been made. Changes and additions to this contract must be in writing.
